Membership Application Guidelines

 

I. Membership Categories  

Membership:  

Honorary members,

Individual Members,  

Corporation（units) Members.  

 

II. Eligibility Criteria

1. General Requirements  

   - Commitment to peace and international cooperation.  

   - Recognition of GIH's mission

-Voluntary contribution of professional expertise to advance  the vision of GIH.  

   - Demonstrated influence in relevant professional fields or industries.  

2. Special Requirements  

   - Student Members: Apply with a valid student certificate and no membership fees will be required during your study  period.

3. Exclusion Criteria  

   - Individuals serving criminal sentences or those with records of severe contractual breaches or industry harm are ineligible.  

 

III. Application Process  

1. Application Submission  

   - Complete the online application form (accessible via the official international website QR code).  

   - Submit identification documents (passport, academic credentials) or institutional business license.  

2. Review & Approval  

   - Initial review by the Secretariat or Council; final approval requires Council voting.  

3. Membership Fee Payment  

   - Pay fees within the stipulated time upon approval notification.  

4. Membership Certification  

 - Electronic or physical membership certificates will be issued via mail or system delivery.  

 

IV. Membership Tiers & Fees  

1. Standard Members (Base Tier)  

   - Fee: USD 100/year  

   - Target: Individual enthusiasts, startups, industry newcomers.  

2. Tier 1 Membership (Junior Partner)  

   - Fee: USD 1,000/year  

   - Target: SMEs in fragrance, independent perfumers, aromatherapy practitioners.  

3. Tier 2 Membership (Senior Partner)  

   - Fee: USD 5,000/year  

   - Target: Mid-sized enterprises, regional brands, industry technical experts.  

4. Tier 3 Membership (Strategic Partner)

   - Fee: USD 10,000/year  

 - Target: Large corporations, renowned brands, industry leaders, pre-IPO enterprises.  

5. Global Partner (Premier Tier)  

   - Fee: USD 20,000/year + project revenue sharing (customized agreements).  

   - Target: Multinational conglomerates, industry giants, core resource integrators.  

 

V. Payment Rules  

- One-time payment for a 5-year term grants a 20% fee reduction.  

- Late payments will result in automatic membership termination.  

 

VI. Membership Benefits  

1. Standard Membership  

   - Basic certification and access to industry updates, event notifications, and online foundational courses.  

   - Limited to GIH community engagement; no exclusive business matching privileges.  

2. Tier 1 Membership  

   - 10% discounts on events/exhibitions, priority resource matching, and annual offline workshops.  

   - Brand visibility on GIH platforms and eligibility for industry awards.  

3. Tier 2 Membership  

   - VIP privileges, 20% event/exhibition discounts, international market expansion support.  

   - Access to closed-door industry forums and full trend analysis reports.  

4. Tier 3 Membership  

   - Co-hosting rights for GIH global events, tailored brand strategies, and policy advisory services.  

   - Complimentary use of GIH negotiation facilities and speaking roles at summits.  

5. Global Partner  

   - Joint international project leadership, regional resource exclusivity, and media endorsement.  

- Profit-sharing in GIH incubators and annual "Global Fragrance Influencer  accreditation.  

 

VII. Tier Upgrading  

- Standard → Tier 1: Submit business credentials and pay annual fees.  

- Higher tiers: Require industry impact evaluation or project contributions.  

 

VIII. Key Notes  

1. Regional adjustments may apply to benefits (Middle Eastern tax exemptions).  

2. Higher-tier members inherit lower-tier benefits; Global Partner terms are negotiable.  

3. Compliance with GIH bylaws and international standards ( EU REACH) is mandatory.  

 

IX. Special Provisions  

- Honorary Membership: Granted to GIH founders and exceptional contributors with fee exemptions.
